A mess right from the start
After an hour, still wasn't working. WHen you select Contact support, the page it takes you to shows a 404 message. THere is no way to figure out how to get it to work and no support at all. Apps are supposed to make work easier but this app does not do anything except waste time.

I first tried downloading this application close to a year ago. Still to this day, the status is pending. The message says if it stays in pending status for more than 15 minutes then to contact "SumAll Analytics for eBay" by clicking on the link they provided. Our engineering team is working on a fix and we hope to have the issue resolved soon, however I don?t currently have a timeline for this. I?m so sorry for the inconvenience.

Phone number for service is a recording asking for you to leave message. Don't leave one. This app is supposed to be free so no lost $ . It does not work after many days so why bother begging for help or leaving private info into a recording.

SUCKS
Sucks can't get it started keeps saying enable java - GOT IT - DONE IT - nothing on my Mac or my iPad - started getting a daily report on my iphone but when I would click on SEE MORE it futzed. I'd rather just pay for something reliable I've wasted 3 days.

"Free Shipping" not considered
I really rely on my weekly reports for good info. I only wish that you would include the actual cost of shipping when an item on eBay is listed as "free shipping". This would give me a much better view of my profit line. Shipping is a considerable expense. Otherwise, I really like you and would give a 5 star rating.

Difficult to understand. Really didn't provide any useful information.
Maybe with more work I would have found more use out of it. In this day and age, first impressions are everything and with 5 minuites of playing around with it, I wasn't able to find it helpful. The graphs don't seem like they really represent anything important. Seems like the GoDaddy application is way more useful.

This site lists graphs but no reports
If it does list reports, they are difficult to find and importing data takes too long. Poorly set up, as you have to scroll up and down, left to right, just to get a partial view. You cannot view a page all at once.

Not showing traffic
I can't get this app to show my traffic. I've watched all of the help videos and read all of the FAQ's, but none of that is helpful to me since I don't even see some of the options the instructions say to choose in order to be able to see traffic for listings.

I love that I can input my eBay sales as well as my sales from my e-commerce site and can compare it to my website traffic. Being able to track all this information has been a very valuable tool in helping me understand my data. I now know the best days to post listings, and compare a ton of other metrics.
Once I figured out how to understand all the data, sumall has proven to be a very valuable tool. At first I was annoyed with the daily email updates, but now I look at them as soon as they come in.

I couldn't use this app on my computer.
I tried to use this app but it would not start as it requested I let the software download cookies. I have my computer set to Med for cookies and it is usually enough for the things I look at . But when I tried to lower my cookie protection my computer (or Norton) would not let me do it. Now I am trying to use other actios to unsuscribe to this app and that won't come up.

Excellent Application
It's nice to know there are companies willing to create a helpful application such as this. The third party support provides a better and overall more efficient user experience. The statistics provide a great insight towards our history and past transactions. Anybody who extensively uses eBay should subscribe, especially since it does not cost anything.

Very Pleased - GREAT staff of people
We do several thousand ebay transactions per month and the app seems to work through it with ease. We've contacted the sumall team a few times sharing ideas and giving feedback and they always respond back within a couple hours, most often just a few minutes. I've been looking for a simple application to replace my excel spreadsheet work since I just don't have time for that anymore. All I want to see is a graph on how things are selling with various ways to crunch the data in a manner more user friendly than the vanilla ebay reports, nothing fancy, just a quick overview of how things are going. It does that in beta so I'm excited to see how things go as they put more work into it. Already satisfied and will definitely continue with the app after the free beta. Simple sells, especially with data conversion, and they seemed to have that figured out. And I come from a systems analyst background. Businesses live and die by their customer service and these guys get it.

Great Recap
Sumall provides great daily and weekly recaps of eBay sales and delivers them right to my email inbox. It sames me time from having to log into eBay and create reports with their cumbersome system. Currently this app is free so it's an even better value! App also links to my shopping cart software, paypal account, and google analytics.

Love this app!
Gives me a clean crisp view of my sales without any csv exports, downloads or hassle. Love the ability to compare over multiple time periods and hook in other data sources like Paypal and Google Analytics.
