Is worth every penny, as soon as I started using this app I started getting reviews, 5 stars APP!!!!
Great APP, before I started using this APP it was very rare for me to get a review, but as soon as I started using it my reviews went up a lot, for me its worth every penny, customers sometimes need a little push or reminder about leaving a review for you, and that's what FEEDBACK PRO does for you, in a very professional way, I like all the different settings that it has, makes a lot of things easier, and you cant beat the monthly price, very affordable price, I recommended to everyone, definitely a 5 stars APP!

So far so good
has worked with sending automated feedback after customer pays. don't know if it is sending feedback reminders because there's no way of checking and they dont send me an email to say they left a reminder.

small bump in positive feedback
the normal feedback ratio is 15-20% without any service. this bumps it up to just over 20%. it also brings any issues to light by emailing customers several days later by asking "is everything going alright?" or "still happy with the product?"
you get answers like "it was fine, but now that you bring it up, this tiny issue or that tiny issue". can you help me fix it? and if you don't, as a seller, you feel like the customer is threatening to leave a negative for any small reason, whether its your fault or not. not sure if this could be remedied, but this is the down side of reminding people to leave feedback.
anyway, good app overall bc its not very expensive, good luck.

Nice tool and support!

Great application
Automates one of the most tedious tasks on eBay and does it really well! After spending 30 minutes to set up the whole application, I saw my percentage of people leaving positive feedback go up by 15 which is a considerable increase. Worth every penny if you ask me.

The Owner Will Treat You Right
This system is great for that seller who just does not have the time to put in for getting feedback the old fashion way of one email at a time. You can adjust or change your reminders to your own wording whenever you want. And if a problem does come up the Owner, John, will work with you. His communication is second to none.

It is a Double Edged Sword
Unfortunately, this great application few times backfires when buyers reply to a feedback reminder, and they do not use instead the eBay messaging system. I have received threats, and extortion several times. I will use it again if the application would block the buyer from replying to the "feedback reminder email"

It really works great and gives you more feedback
I have been using this tool for the last 7 or 8 months and it has increased the amount of feedback that I have been getting. It will not get everyone who purchased from you to give feed back. I believe it would be better if you were able to set more than two customer contacts. I do believe if they designed it to allow more contacts you would get better results. But it has been great for me.

Excellent- Used as a tool to help customers before they left feedback
I used this for my business to identify potential issues before feedback was left. The auto emails to customers allowed me to check with them for level of satisfaction and in most cases eliminated negative feedback for errors we may have made. I used for about 3 years and very pleased with the service.

Not so good.
I used this for about 6 months. In that time, I seen a zero percent increase in the number of feedbacks that I received. I did have an increase in Neutral feedbacks that came in. It seems that after 15 days of getting an item, some people who receive a reminder about a purchase have buyers remorse and decide to leave a Neutral or even negative feedback even though they never came forward with an issue with their item. One guy even left neutral because he found an item cheaper after he had already bought from me. I do not recommend wasting the monthly fee on this as there were no positive effects of using this application.

No way to track its effectiveness
Its works fine, its sends out reminder emails to everyone that forgot to leave feedback, there's just no way to track how effective it is without going through every sold item and seeing if I received feedback or not after the app sent a reminder. For what they charge, there should be an easy tracking system included on the app's effectiveness.

Poor Feed Back Return
Paid for this service for almost a year. Of over 1500+ sales I've maybe received feedback from 400. I believe that the issue is the fact the app only sends out 3 request to buyers to leave feedback and that's it. I think it should send reminders indefinitely until feedback is left by the buyer.

Wonderful little app!
I have a few apps on eBay, and this is the most useful one. It does exactly what it needs to, takes care of feedback so i dont have to. It leaves feedback after a seller makes a purchase and reminds them to also leave feedback. I love that i can set the amount of days for it to send an email, and that i can edit email and feedback info.

Waste of Money
You will barely gain more feedback reviews from this App. Although its convenient they automatically give feedback, you still essentially get the same amount of responses. Most people who leave feedback will do so on their own accord, so this is a waste. It tends to stir up and potentially disgruntled customers who opted to not leave you feedback. Do yourself a favor and just leave feedback for those who leave it for you and that's all.

Effective, may need a new approach for those lazy buyers
I am happy with the success, although it may only be 22%.
If ebay really wanted to keep the community safe via feedback, they need to offer an incentive.
This may be a good plan for the John Wheelers of the world to approach eBay with this plan.
If a buyer/seller does atleast 50 successful trans per year they are eligible for the incentive.
The grounds for incentive would be based on a percentage as well! If a buyer or seller hits the minimum and leaves 55% feedback (so 28 out of 50) they qualify for a fee reduction/credit (if they are a seller, or a $5.00 gift card if they are a buyer) As true of every good incentive, as percentage increases, your reward follows.
This would guarantee an increase in feedback without suffering an integrity loss of the content of the feedback.
DO THAT AND ILL PAY MORE PER MONTH! You guys have a great service, I am happy someone realized there was a need to be filled.

Unfortunately only 11% of customers responded, however we did not play around enough with the message options to see if we can improve that. All in all the app is definitely worth the $7 a Month.

Good app for the pricing. Certainly helps with a boost in feedback and removes the manual labor involved in feedback requests once the templates have been set up, which by the way is easy to set up. Wish they would come up with something similar for Amazon.

If you sell on eBay on a regular basis you need this!
It does a lot of work communicating with customers for very little money. It would cost me many times over to have one of my employees send feedback requests manually. And unlike an employee the app won't get busy and tell you it didn't have time to do the work!

so over all the feedback pro works great leave feedback once they have left for you. works really well on those that wont even after 30 days etc. but you know what if you add a memeber to a blacklist not ask for feedback b/c the buyer is less say not being a grown up. then make sure the blacklist works. Pretty poor service.
Received nothing but complaints from buyers getting harassed for feedback. Need to cross reference with shipping status. Tried to change timeline, but software never changed. Cancelled service 3 months ago but still will not update and still trying to bill me!
Cancelled overall due to no increase in customer feedback left. Since performance calculated on total transactions, not feedback, why even bother anymore.

Great Reminder for those buyers who are busy.
We have used this for a year plus now with great input from buyers on ways to make our store better and help keep us in communications with our buyers . The actual amount of feedback that is left gained from this is 8-13% on average and it is well worth the fees for this program. You are in this for the long haul and the more you can do to help a store automated the better it can runs.

Good if you are a high volume seller. Follows up with your buyers cause you're busy.
It does present your ebay more professional. Leaves feedback for your buyers instantly after they pay. Follows up with your buyers after a week and 2 weeks. You will get 20% more reviews and prevent some from giving you a bad reviews by reaching out to them before they post a bad review. They forward emails from buyers to you when they follow up. It's essential for every high volume seller. It is a little pricey but they do a good job and is needed.

It's a good app. Helped get some more feedbacks. The click through rate is about 20%, which is low, but only for $6.99 a month, I believe it's worth it.
Also, a nice feature would be to implement a function that the seller can send a global reminder to ALL people who haven't left a feedback.

One more thing you may want to add is to make customers keep in mind that they are rating the sellers performance here. Some customers think they have to rate the movie I am selling. More features could be added and a slight price decrease won't be bad
Except with the fact the app told me we received a neg feedback and we never did everything else so far has been great.
13% return feedback is not much considering the fact we get that regardless of the app but knowing when you receive a bad feedback and acting up on it immediately makes and brakes the ice for us :)

Hands down #1 best app. Our feedback increased from an average of about 100 per month two 250! We no longer have to worry about getting demoted in power seller status. Feedback Pro does the work...you get the Positive Feedback from your customers.
This app is fantastic. I don't have to leave feedback for my customers, it does it for me. It alerts me when feedback has been left for me, but the best part of all...It will remind my customers that have not left feedback, to please do so and it gives them a link. All the customer has to do is click on the link and PRESTO...they leave feedback. Of the customers that have not left me feedback right away, Feedback Pro has managed to get 52% of them to do so within a week to ten days of merchandise delivery...You can't beat that. I set the parameters and Feedback Pro does the rest.
If you're tired of doing it all yourself, I highly recommend you get this app and you'll have more time to sell and take care of your customers.

Easy to use and it really works!
I am currently trying the one month free trial for this app and I've got to say it's really been helping. I've had a 32% success rate with the buyers it's reminded to leave feedback. I also love how you can setup the app to notify you when you receive a neutral or negative feedback. You can even set it up to reply to the buyer after they leave a dissatisfactory feedback to find out what went wrong and if you can do anything to make things right. I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone selling on Ebay.

Dangerous App.
Works fine with most of the buyers. I got about 30% feedback from buyers that got the reminder. However the reminder wakes the "BAD" buyers... Those who are not satisfied and does not write to you to fix the situation. The reminder gives them a link to leave a feedback and they leave a Neutral or a negative instantly!! Happend to be, bad thing to my account.

They met my need for sending automatic feedback but the reminders only resulted in problems!
I don't recommend the app. It resulted in my only 2 negative feedbacks that I currently have. Caused more trouble than it was worth. I purchased it so that I could leave automatic feedback. It does that, but bugs your buyers. I recommend upgrading to sales manager pro through ebay to fix the automatic feedback issue. Don't bother people with begging for feedback. I made a mistake buying this app.

Handy Utility - Didn't Increase Feedback, but I don't have to leave it anymore!
I've been using Feedback Pro for a month now, and 25% of the customers that get reminded by the app are leaving feedback. While this is a slight increase over my normal feedback numbers, the biggest advantage of this tool to me is its ability to automatically leave feedback for you. This saves me a lot of time that I spent everyday leaving people feedback. Overall I think it's a handy utility and I will continue to use it. I'm theorizing that my feedback percentage will continue to increase as second emails go out as well.

A scam message from the seller
My buyers thought I was scamming them by the automatic messages from feedback pro that they have received. It has the same content and not relevant to buyers concerns. I received lots of threats because of this. Threats about being reported to ebay and leaving a negative or neutral feedback. This application didn't really help me at all. And now that I cancelled my subscription, they still want me to pay with a monthly automatic payment through paypal.

Easy to use but not very effective
I gave the app an average rating because I like the automation of the tedious task of asking for feedback. However, I was expecting a much higher feedback percentage than only 38%. That seems very low and was getting a much higher rate when I requested feedback myself. I'm not sure where the problem is but something isn't working.

You can manage it well and it is not overly intrusive.
I find it difficult to ask for favors or sollcit anything. Most buyers do not leave feedback since now the general online marketplace is so vast shopping is not personal and eBay does not like it to be because it is paranoid about sellers getting to close to "their" customers not realizing that the customers view it as a positive about ebay the same as they judge ebay for the negative experiences they have.

owner is worse than application
when one is asked to write a review of an application it is our perception of the application we are most likely to portray in our review. I previously wrote a review of this app stating how is was just average. I was not impressed and it did not do for me what I expected out of an app I paid for monthly no doubt. Well the owner (or a person representing themselves as the owner) emailed my personal email address asking me how I could write a nasty review? You can read it there was nothing "nasty" about it. It was just my opinion that the application did not do much for us, I did not even get into technical detail on how it was a glorified auto responder, which any 13 year old script kiddy could write in a day. Nor did I write that is was slower than my blacklisted email server, or any of the many other items which would be considered attacks. Yet the guy who apparently wrote the code considered my review to be nasty. I even gave them an average rating that time to be nice.???

Feedback Pro is a fantastic tool for our eBay store. The time it saves alone is worth the money. The only downside, in my opinion, is when the feedback is left. The fact it's left within 24 hours is fine, but I think the clock should start after it's shipped, not after it's paid for. That is my only concern with this great app.

The App is nice for having our feedback automatically left for our buyers. However I wouldn't say there is dramatic increase in feedback being left. Before this app we were averaging 20-25 feedback less than we are now with this app.

Works well. Feedback is automatically left on my behalf which gives me extra time to do other things. Statistics show that I got 18% more feedback. Wish it were higher but it's better than nothing. I especially like that when customers reply to the automated email it is forwarded to me. If I could change something, I would want my emails to be sent after an item has shipped rather than after someone pays.

Must have for sellers!
If you are a seller, and sell upwards of 20 items a month, you already know that a lot of buyers, even if happy, somehow do not find the time to leave feedback.
This service allows me to concentrate on everything else, and leave the feedback chasing on cruise!
I have seen an increase in people leaving feedback, and I can attribute that to the reminders that are sent out and other features.
If you are a seller - you could definitely use this service and it will be only to your benefit!

Great product, a bit pricy compared to the competition.
I like this product and that their privacy policy doesn't say they will sell my information if I don't opt out first.
I was comparing this to KEI feedback and they actually tell you if you do not opt out after starting the trial, they will sell your information.
The thing is, KEI is only .99 and its easy to opt out once I sign up with them. I would like to stay with FB Pro but $6 vs .99 cents is quite a difference.

Great Program!
This is a great program! I have received more feedback than I ever have in 10 years. My feedback received has gone from 30% to 70%. I also love receiving the emails letting me know that feedback has been left. Another great thing about this program is it has prevented me from receiving bad feedback. When a buyer receives a notice asking for feedback, if they have a problem with the item, they respond to the email which lets me know so it can be resolved before they leave feedback. I recommend this program to anyone selling on Ebay.

Feedback Pro ROCKS!
Because of the personal nature of the items we sell, feedback is usually 50/50; but, with Feedback Pro it's gone up about 30-40% because the note that goes out lets our buyer's know that ALL BIDS ARE PRIVATE and even tho your userid shows up in the feedback area .. the items that you've bought will NEVER show up. This has gained us many many feedbacks from buyers who are very concerned with their privacy.

Valuable Time Saver
This is a very simple and useful app. I have already had multiple people add my company to their favorites because of the follow-up emails. Only problem is that the Auto feedback feature doesn't leave feedback for every transaction. Not sure why. Still a great app though.

What a Shock
I do not really think this addition would do much for feedback control. To my surprise, it did just that. It's something like a fire and forget device that the military uses. Once you get it all hooked up. It'll fire emails back to your customers to easily remind them to write feedback with one click from their email. It really does wonders for new users. check my ratings!

I gain 1/3rd of the feedbacks that would have been lost without this app......
Feedback pro does its best to salvage otherwise lost feedbacks. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" is the principle that applies here. They automatically monitor sales and feedbacks lacking, and sends my customers a nice reminder letter and a link to conveniently leave a feedback. It only works 25% to 40% of the time, but those would never have happened without this reminder app.

This is a very simple inexpensive app that works. If you are a large seller, the fee for this service is a drop in the bucket. I had NO expectations when using this, who cares about a couple of follow up emails?
Well, being a top-rated titanium powerseller, getting 5 star feedback saves me over $14,000 per ear in fees. This tool really does help my buyers feel that they are getting personalized service and the way that this send emails, well formated and clean makes it look like it is right from my inbox.
Any negatives? Only one I can think of... When someone replies to the auto-generated emails, it adds a bunch of text, info and lines to the body and text and you can't reply directly since the reply to address is the high-volume seller account from FB Pro rather than the sender's email address. If you could fix that, your product would be perfect!

I can't believe how quickly my feedback score has gone up since getting this application.
There are some pros and cons with this application. My feedback score is growing much more quickly than if I did not have this application. The problem is that I have gotten a few negative feedbacks on a second reminder that I might not have otherwise gotten, however, because my score is so much higher, the negatives do not impact me and I can actually get many more without impact. One problem is that you cannot search for a buyer if you do not want a reminder sent, which is a problem if you are a large seller. You must scroll though hundreds of transactions before finding the one you want. All in all though, I am glad that I got this application and think that it is helping my business.

Before I found Feedback Pro, it was very time consuming just trying to get people to leave feedback. I have begged, pleaded, cried... tried everything to get my customers to leave feedback. This has gotten me more success than all the crying and pleading. Although, I have to admit, many, many, many, ignore feedback still. I don't know what else to try.

I think this is a great app, It actually works as it is supposed to. I have not used it long enough to make a decision about the cost vs the benefits but am overall happy at this point. I would reccomend this app to others if they asked for my opinion.

I like the fact I can program the feedback to be left only after I receive feedback. Many people want feedback prior and I tell them my program will not allow for it unless feedback is left for me first...Secondly, it helps cut down on time for me searching to see if I need to leave feedback for someone. Like I can block from leaving feedback for someone.
Wish I could just look up a buyer easier then have to scroll through all..is there a way??

Feedback Pro is like having an office assistant! It's great!
Who wants to "hound" buyers to leave feedback. I don't like that anymore than you do. But with Feedback Pro, you don't have that to even worry about. Just personalize the form email letters in your own style, set the number of days you want them to be automatically emailed to your buyers and let Feedback Pro do the rest.

Not getting any more feedback than before!

No more direct emails - my feedback increased exponentially
I normally never review applications - this is different. Feedback literally went from 10% of completed transactions to 80% within two weeks. Customers see their feedback within minutes of the close of their transaction. This has been a phenomenal tool.
Be sure to write custom feedback lines and customer emails - you can see their boilerplate feedback lines all over eBay - to make your business stand out.

Save me HOURS of Work Every Month!
I had a part time employee who used to spend hours every month doing feedback for me. Now, it's done automatically and it's saving me a lot of money. It also contacts my customers who haven't left feedback yet for me. The only downside is that a lot of my customers are international customers so most of the time they haven't received their package yet in order to leave feedback. So when they get a reminder to do so, they comment that the package hasn't been received yet. For my domestic customers, this has helped increase the number of customers to leave feedback for me. It's definately worth the money and I highly recommend this to anyone who sells more than 10 items daily!

Too many issues!!
Whenever someone bought or when I bought the feedback pro was suppose to leave feedback right away and I always had to do it manually so I cancelled and now I was charged 10.82 and I was suppose to get a refund.I think this app is useless.

its worth the money
-as far as feedback goes it does remind buyers-but they all don't respond-I sell a lot so for me its good-I have had problems where buyers said they couldn't leave feedback through this program-out of 100 buyers I send reminders to- I got like 42 back so I would have like to gotten more-then you don't want to seem like you are annoying the buyer-so I would recommend-When I had trouble with buyer not being able to do e-mails-the owner john answered question right away

Even though it's hard to get 100% of your customers to leave feedback, Feedback Pro assists in getting us more feedback than we used to. Also, if there is an issue, they invite customers to reply back with any concerns, and then those are forwarded to us quickly to look into. Though things usually run smoothly, every so often someone is antsy to receive their delivery or doesn't understand what they purchased after the fact, so this allows us to intervene earlier before a customer leaves negative feedback. Often times, please silently complain to themselves and just don't come back. Human nature. But this app reaches out to encourage feedback!

It automatically will leave feedback once it has been left and reminds buyers to leave feedback after a certain number of days. I did have an issue with Feedback Pro getting paid through paypal but, Feedback Pro was great about helping work out the situation. I highly recommend ths for sellers who sell a lot of items - have a store.

Great time saver for me
I have my Feedback Pro set to leave positive buyer feedback the moment they pay. By leaving feedback at receipt of payment it builds a rapport with the buyer showing that you take that extra effort. My seller feedback rates have gone up since using Feedback Pro. Well worth the money.

This is a MUST have!
I am seriously sold on this app and I can highly recommend it! I recently lost my top-rated seller status and thanks to this system I am on the road to more feed backs then before so I should have it back by the next month!
I'm amazed at how many people do not leave feedback and do not realize how important it is to us sellers. Feedback Pro has designed a very CLASSY, tasteful way to give a little "nudge" encouraging those buyers.
What else I LOVE about this system is I can include my PowerSellingMom logo and my email PLUS to have them add me as a favorite seller and/or join my newsletter. The personalization part is a bonus!

The experience with Feedback Pro over the past few months has been impressive, they have great customer service and the product has increased our feedback and increased our post sale follow-up engagement quite a bit. From Sep. 01 to Oct. 01 we've interacted with 171 customers because of Feedback Pro, and 38 came back and left us feedback that otherwise wouldn't have.
Feedback Pro automates very well, it's easy to use and I'd highly recommend any seller interested in getting more feedback from your buyers to subscribe. It's a great product and very inexpensive too.

I get an email right after a buyer left a bad feedback, this let you move very fast to solve the problem and try to change it back. Remember you have 30 days to send a feedback revision request to your buyer, and your buyer has only 10 days to revise your feedback, and sometimes the time is not enough if you don't do it fast.

I have had this app installed since July. Statistically about half of the folks who the app has th remind to leave feedback do. Thats a good success rate. Even better, I don't have to do anything. The App leaves pre-scripted feedback for me right after the sale, and requests feedback from buyers when it appears they have forgot. Works great, highly recomended.

I can't say enough great things about it. I used to average 100-150 FB's/month now I'm up to over 500/month..what's not to like! This program is well worth the subscription price! It works flawlessly and does what it says it will do. I absolutely love this app. It is not a "Life or Death" application but for the price it has definitely made my life a lot easier. I no longer have to deal with the mundane task of leaving feedback. This app does it for me! One of the keynotes of this app that sold me was the fact that it sends me a txt message whenever I get negative feedback which is a true lifesaver as response time is everything when dealing with customers. Also, I had an issue with the app not showing me the "Thank You" message that being sent to the customer after they leave feedback, but it wasn't a problem with the program, it was a problem of my not reading and following instructions, thankfully the Developer corrected the issue for me in a very polite way so as to not make me feel like an idiot :). The app works wonders it really does. Like I said, it's not a make or break app but if you're looking for something to make your life just a little bit easier, this is for you!

Puts advertisements in emails to buyers!
This is not how a professional outfit behaves. If any advertisements are going to be in emails to my customers, it should be my own ads. You cannot charge a subscription fee for a service and then also have it be supported by ads. This is simply not how it works. It would be a great service if it did not do this. Seems shady to me.

This application is super good and very easy to use as its pretty much all automated. My feedback has soared since I started using Feedback Pro. If you want to sale it and forget it, get Feedback Pro. It'll send out reminders to your customers for you with the product they purchased, really the only thing you have to do is set the amount of days you would like it to send the reminder, (lol its already there too)! Very Excellent Product Here :)

This is such a great feature to any high volume seller. It gives you the ability to always leave feedback on your transactions either when the item is paid or when the customer leaves you a feedback. Great App, easy to use, our feedback received is way up!
Once set-up, this application works seemlessly behind the scenes to remind buyers to leave feedback. We were averaging only about a 50% feedback received rate, and are now over 75%!
During set-up we had a few questions and they were answered very quickly. We also had a feature request that was inplemented in 1 day! AWESOME

This app has saved me HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of $$$'s
I love this app. I am super busy, usually packaging our items. In the past, I would have 200 sales a day, then the next day I see my sales are in the low 100's. I look at my feedback, and it turns out while I was busy packaging someone left really nasty, damaging feedback which cost me so many sales. With this app, when I get poor feedback I am alerted in minutes, and I have resolved the problem with the buyer in a matter of minutes getting them to remove the feedback. This is truly a must have app if you value your sales and want to maximize your potential for sales.
